PSG have been in contact - Oscar

Chelsea playmaker Oscar says he will still be at Stamford Bridge next season despite having "contact" with French champions Paris Saint-Germain.

The Ligue 1 outfit are long-time admirers of the Brazilian, with manager Laurent Blanc publicly praising the 22-year-old, and there had been speculation that he could follow compatriot David Luiz to the Parc des Princes.

Oscar's position at Chelsea has come under threat following the arrival of Cesc Fabregas, while there were some concerns in west London over his declining performances in 2014.

But while Oscar acknowledged that there had been interest from PSG, he says it never advanced beyond initial talks and has reiterated his commitment to Chelsea.

"My future? I had contacts with PSG, that is true, but it did not go any further," he told L'Equipe."And next season, I will stay at Chelsea."

The former Internacional attacker started last season in excellent form, scoring six times in all competitions in the first half of the campaign, but managed to score in just one of his final 15 Premier League outings and was an unused substitute in both Champions League semi-final legs.
